Recruitment CalendarAll managers and directors are hired for a one-year period from February to May with an option to renew for additional years based upon performance. Every spring, Penn Student Agencies holds a recruitment period for open leadership positions. 2008 Hiring DatesAll newly hired managers and directors are invited to a lunch where they will meet the current leadership team and afterwards receive cross-training by the CFO, HR Director and PSA Store Director. All new hires will then spend a period of three weeks under the mentoring of managers and directors who held their positions previously. Afterwards, the new hires take over the reigns in their new roles and the mentors step back to provide guidance and support when needed.
