Agencies
PSA is organized into nine agencies that provide many
products and services to the University of Pennsylvania community.

The Bartending Academy teaches the skills you need to know in order to become a bartender. A wide
range of topics are covered including mixing, technique, bar etiquette, customer service, and up selling.

The PSA Store fields customer inquiries, coordinates laundry pick-up, water cooler
service, the linen and care package programs and carries a wide variety of useful products.

Penn Student Agencies' Video Vault in Houston Hall is an entirely student-run
DVD rental store dedicated to serving the Penn community.

First Services offers laundry and water delivery options that provide convenient pick-up and delivery.
|
Publications designs and creates print media for PSA. Our two largest projects
are the PSA Calendar and the Student Planner.

The café offers coffee drinks, bagels, pastries, sandwiches and snacks.
|
|
Promotional Programs provide students with products and services to enhance their college experience
through corporate partnerships.
|
Publicity Services offers promotion for products, services and upcoming events through
poster design and distribution.

Notary services are provided for the Penn Community. Check in for Notary Services at PSA headquarters - Williams Hall Room 117.
