Penn Student Agencies has teamed up with Office Depot to make school supplies available to the University of Pennsylvania community at reasonable prices. Stop by the PSA Store to browse the selection of individual items or order a supply pack. Note, all supply packs must be picked-up at the PSA office in 117 Williams Hall.

How to Order

To order individual office depot items online visit the office depot student program homepage or visit the PSA Store located at 117 Williams Hall. To order a supply pack add the item to your online shopping cart or call us at 215-898-6815. All supply packs must be picked-up at the PSA office in 117 Williams Hall. Supply packs cannot be shipped at this time.

Payment Methods

PSA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, check, Penncash, Bursar and budget code. Please make all checks payable to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. Note, check, Penncash, Bursar and budget code payments cannot be taken online.

Refunds

Penn Student Agencies does not provide refunds for gift sets. Individual items, purchased at the PSA Store, can be returned, unopened, for a full refund. Items purchased via cash will be refunded with cash. Items purchased via check will be refunded with cash after allowing 14 business days for the check to clear. Items purchased via Bursar, Penncash, Visa, Mastercard and Amex will be refunded to the account that was originally charged.
