Get firstServices! firstServices makes ordering our services easy and convenient by providing a variety of payment options and service delivery schedules. On the service delivery schedule, you have the option to pick a regular service delivery schedule by typing it into the special instructions (i.e. every Monday; biweekly on Wednesdays, etc.). For billing, you have the option to be charged monthly through your student’s financial services bill, or through an initial deposit. The initial deposit can be applied toward any of the services you order; whether it be laundry, water, soft drinks, or dry cleaning. Each dollar deposited equals one or more credits depending on the number of credits purchased. At the customer’s request, all remaining unused credit is refunded. You can keep your bag(s) at the end of the year for a $20 charge. Otherwise, you can return your bag (in good condition) at the end of the year. We offer a variety of deposit levels as listed below. Pick your option and make your Penn life easy!
